一向勇於面對挑戰的我，在這兩年裡雖遇上不少困難，但可喜的是都能一一迎刃而解，且在過程中獲益不少。本學年，學校除了恢復全日面授課堂，還著力開展了不同類型的課外活動，讓同學有更多體驗群體生活的機會，能盡早回復「常態」。我十分慶幸本校有一支優秀的教師團隊，他們不但全情投入於教學工作，而且非常關顧學生成長，與學生建立良好的師生關係。另外，我也為有一群十分關心及熱心服務學校的家長而感到自豪，雖然不能經常聚會，但近年家長教師會著實協助學校安排了不少活動，包括：親子皮革手工班、保鮮花香薰磚親子班、中一新生註冊日、寶石皂工作坊、學校開放日及為學生籌辦攝影初階班等。家長們的參與既加強了和教師的溝通，減輕教職員的負擔；亦能拉近與子女們的距離，增進親子的關係，所以我真的十分感激各位無私的奉獻。

「工欲善其事，必先利其器」，在這兩年間，學校的設施有著不少的改善，包括改建圖書館、演講廳、八正道、學校地下大堂及更新課室内的教學設備等等，旨在為學生營造更理想的學習環境。一月十一日本校舉行45周年校慶暨校園新設施啟動禮，當日嘉賓雲集、高朋滿座，我要真誠感謝前家長教師會主席鍾美美女士及湯俊英女士蒞臨學校支持，另外，我亦要鳴謝現屆家長教師會執委們給學校所惠贈的紀念品。有大家的祝賀及支持，相信佛教葉紀南紀念中學今後定能繼續與各持分者緊密聯繫，進一步推動優質教育，以回應世界教育發展的大方向。

I have always been brave enough to face challenges. Although I have encountered many difficulties in the past two years, the good news is that I have been able to solve them one by one, and I have benefited a lot in the process. This school year, in addition to resuming full-time face-to-face classes, the school has also focused on launching different types of extra-curricular activities so that students have more opportunities to experience group life and return to "normality" as soon as possible. I am very fortunate that our school has an excellent team of teachers. They not only devote themselves to teaching but also care about the growth of students and establish a good teacher-student relationship with them. In addition, I am also proud to have a group of parents who are very caring and enthusiastic about serving the school. Although they cannot meet each other often, the Parent-Teacher Association has helped the school arrange many activities in recent years, including Parent-child Leather Handicraft Class, Preserved Flower Scented Brick Parent-child Class, Registration Day for Secondary One Freshmen, Gemstone Soap Workshop, School Open Day and Elementary Photography Classes for Students, etc. The participation of parents not only strengthens the communication with the teachers and reduces the burden on the teaching staff, but it also shortens the distance with the children and enhances the parent-child relationship, so I am really grateful for your selfless dedication.

"If a worker wants to do a good job, he must first sharpen his tools." In the past two years, the school's facilities have undergone many improvements, including rebuilding the library, lecture theatre, the Noble Eightfold Path, the school's underground lobby, and updating classroom teaching equipment so on and so forth, aiming to create a more ideal learning environment for students. On 11^th January, the school held the 45th anniversary celebration and the opening ceremony of new campus facilities. The guests gathered on that day and the house was full of friends. Souvenirs presented to the school by the executive committee members of the Parent-Teacher Association. With everyone’s congratulations and support, I believe that Buddhist Yip Kei Nam Memorial College will continue to work closely with stakeholders to further promote high-quality education in response to the general direction of world education development.
