Supported by SCORAR of EDB and CUHK, the reading and writing enhancement program empowers students to develop self-regulated reading and writing skills as well as 21st century skills with the help of technology. It also connects students' reading and writing to better facilitate the process of writing, enchancing students' reading and writing competence through the use of 21st century skills, including creativity, critical thinking and collaboration and providing opportunities for students to develop and experience 21st century skills through the use of e-learning tools and collaborative activities.
