The junior secondary curriculum aims to consolidate our students'
proficiency in the four skills (reading, writing, listening and
speaking). Commonly used language structures are elicited to
help students master the language.
"Reading to learn" is another learning focus. Students learn
to respond to a variety of text-types with different themes which
are closely related to their daily lives. The content of the
texts help students develop a positive attitude toward life.
An extensive reading programme is conducted to cultivate their
reading habit.
